• You received the wrong item

• The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

• The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery

• Items that show signs of misuse or physical damage

• Consumables like ink cartridges (if opened)

5. Warranty Claims

All refurbished printers come with a [30/60/90-day warranty] (based on the model).
If your product develops an issue during the warranty period, contact us — we’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
