We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your refurbished printer, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Refunds are processed only for defective or damaged items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for accessories, opened ink cartridges, or accidental damage.

Refund Process

• Email us with your order number and reason for return
• We will arrange for return shipping or replacement (if applicable)
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
